“Mr. Kay”, as he is fondly called is a seasoned leader with decades of experience in Product Development, Property and Real Estate Development. He is the Managing Director of Caring Chemistry Limited.

He also served as the Managing Director of Skin Beauty Limited between January 1998 – September 2004.

In September 1998, he was assigned as the Director of Parkfield Limited – an organization renowned for state-of-the-art treatment in dental practice and specialist care.

In January 1976, he attended the Air Service Training Institute in Perth, Scotland, UK where he completed the professional Aircraft Engineering degree.

He currently serves as a board member of other companies.

He has interest in “Affordable Health Care Delivery”  and he is very passionate about it.

Managing Director

A banker and management consultant with over 20 years of experience. Ayo graduated from University of Ibadan with a bachelor’s degree in 1995, and later obtained master’s degree in Information Science from the same University.

He later attended the prestigious Aston Business School in the UK where he obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Strategic Management. He recently graduated from University of Lagos with a degree in Risk Management.

His passion led him to consulting with a keen interest in business development and constant value addition. He has been a Director at Trotus Limited with interest in several other companies. One of Ayo’s key skills is Relationship/Sales Management.

He is good at providing dedicated personalized service that is tailored around each client’s needs, goals, and objectives. As a banker, he made day to day banking simple, fair, and personal for all the clients on his portfolio, with a can-do attitude to problem solving

Executive Director

Bayo Bakare is a certified sales and international trade logistics professional with over 19years post-qualification experience in healthcare and financial service sectors having experience that cuts across corporate, commercial, and retail sales.

He has a background in Profit Center Operations & Management / Business Development/ Sales & Marketing/ Startups/ Commodity trading/ International trade logistics/ Product and brand management/ Managing Branch Operations/ Strategy formulation/ Channel sales management / Implementation and Delivery with “Ever Learning” attitude and openness to work in a multicultural environment.

He is a resource person in international trade logistics and supply chain management with a deep knowledge of the Nigerian markets and customer insights.

Ernest joined Trotus Limited as Project Consultant in April 2021. Ernest is a proven leader and practical Consultant with over 24 years of strategic leadership, corporate management and consulting experience in Financial Services, Infrastructure development and management in Aviation, Maritime, Agriculture (under Public Private Partnership), Power Distribution, Renewal energy and Real Estate.

He serves on the boards of two other companies. Ernest holds a bachelor of Science (Hons) Economics from the University of Ibadan, an MBA from Olabisi Onabanjo University another Master’s degree in Development Finance (MDF) at the University of Stellenbosch Business School, Cape Town (South Africa). He is an alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School (Advance Management Programme – AMP 23) and Cranfield University UK (Continuing Professional Development).

A certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Certified Scrum Master, Member of Nigerian Association for Energy Economics/International Association of Energy Economics (NAEE/IAEE) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.
